How much does shipping cost?

All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same products. 

If you buy several items which are a mix between Free Shipping and Standard Shipping, your shipping cost will be calculated accordingly

Shipping can be delayed around the holiday period due to high demand for various products.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real-time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the Track Order tab. You can also contact us directly at support@eaglecrestshops.com  to check the status of your order

After an order has been placed, it’s immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers, where we will ship your items within 1-2 weeks. 

Please Note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take a bit longer than the estimated times stated below.

 

How long does delivery take?

Our products are delivered within 1-2 weeks.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@eaglecrestshops.com

 

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries)

 

Do you deliver products internationally?

Eagle Crest successfully ships A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the world.

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order if we are unable to send it due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our products are available to everyone.

 I have placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have different warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately, So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, be rest assured they will get to you soonest.

I have put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant, Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. But still contact our support team at support@eaglecrestshops.com, we care about your purchase and will try to make it right for you, because we know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

 

WHY WAS I CHARGED $X.XX AND $XX.XX APPEARS IN PAYPAL OR ON MY INVOICE?

This is due to the website charging in CAD. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in CAD.
